Does anyone study criminology here? I'd love any basic information on the way murder investigations were carried out in America in the 70s if possible, and how the technology has advanced from the 1970s to now. I'm doing a creative writing piece on The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, and I need to do some research to make my writing authentic.
