Schedule
Hey, got my Avon schedule today. Was very interesting because Mr. Binkley (counselor) took one look at my transcript, then at my ACT/SAT and said something was wrong with my grades because my scores were so high. I had to tell him I've been lazy. Anyway, so we went over my classes and what I needed. He seemed surprised that I had everything completed for a core 40 minus my 12 year english courses. I got to choose all my classes, but I had to have two english courses. Any science/math/social studies I chose over getting another elective. Avon works on trimesters by the way. So if it says T1 that's first trimester and etc.
T1---
Pre-calculus (im retaking because i only got a C and they dont offer calculus because they are gay)
Novels (basically reading and lit analysis from what i could see)
Composition (um...self-explanatory)
Adv Mixed Choir (show choir! woot!)
AP Chemistry (I chose to take another science course)
T2--This trimester will be mostly cake courses, only non-elective is Chem.

Theatre Arts (Drama)
Theatre Technical (stage crew basically)
It Academy Beg (actually this is computer programming and web design. i couldn't take Intermediate)
Ap Chemistry
T3--
Creative Writing (this is not an english credit unfortunately)

IT Academy
AP Chemisty Seminar (A prep class for the AP exam! cool)
So, that's my schedule. Should be an interesting year for me. He wouldn't let me take AP Govt. Said I was insane for asking for more tough classes....wtf?
