Things to do in Armenia
Guys,
As I am Armenian and badly missed my country, I decided to write posts about it as well. My friends from all over the world ask me all the time: "Where is Armenia?", "Is Armenia in Europe or in Asia?", "Is Armenia an interesting travel destinantion?", "Is it safe there?", "Do you, actually, have electricity there?" :) and so on.
I would be happy to write posts where I'll answer all these questions.
Let's start with the things to do in Armenia!
Actually, there is pretty much to do! From mountains to the Lake Sevan and breathtaking forests, you can enjoy your vacation in Dilijan and have a walk in a pretty modern city or in Goris, one of the most beloved Armenian cities.
Or you have a chance to stay in Yerevan for Friday night listening live jazz music in Malkhas jazz club or having a dinner at unique restaurants.
I personally would advise you to go to Tavush region, Dilijan. It's my favorite place in Armenia! Would be perfect, if you would perfer locals houses. Armenians, being famous with their hospitality, are always happy to host others, share their food and culture!
