Made in Photoshop 7.0, not translatable (sorry PSP users)
Step 1:
Open your picture, crop and sharpen once
Step 2:
Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 100%
Step 3:
Create a new Hue/Saturation layer [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation] and up the saturation to +30
Step 4:
Create a new Selective Color layer [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color] and use the following settings:
Reds:
Cyan: -87
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +39
Black: +60
Greens:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: -100
Yellow: +100
Black: +100
Cyans:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +40
Black: 0
Neutrals:
Cyan: -12
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black: 0
Step 5:
Duplicate your layer, drag it to the top and set it to Screen 50%
Step 6:
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #F4DE9B and set it to Soft Light 100%
Step 7:
Create another Selective Color layer and use the following settings:
Reds:
Cyan: -25
Magenta: +57
Yellow: +100
Black: 0
Greens:
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -76
Black: +100
Neutrals:
Cyan: -37
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -37
Black: +35
Step 8 (optional):
Create a new layer and draw with your Rectangle Tool a white, thick line. Write something on it, duplicate the text if it's to light (I used the font Penstyle, 24 pt)
And you are done!
