Made in Photoshop 7.0, is translatable to other programs.

I used this picture.

Step 1:
Crop and resize your picture. Sharpen once.



Step 2:
Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 100%



Step 3:
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Hue/Saturation . Set the saturation to +36



Step 4:
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #5FFE57 and set it to Saturation 55%



Step 5:
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #F2E4D0 and set ot to Color Burn 100%



Step 6:
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layers >> Hue  Saturation and use the following settings:
Master: +10
Reds: +10
Greens: +18



Step 7:
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #EBEBD4 and set it to Pin Light 50 % opcity and  30% fill



Step 8:
Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 70%



Step 9:
Add this texture (by lovelamp) and set it to Screen 100%



Step 10:
Add your text. Click on your rightmouse button, go to Warp text and use this settings. Lower the opacity to 80%
