So, a few weeks ago or so I decided to subscribe to dictionary.com's word of the day. Mainly for the hell of it, but then I started thinking about doing a drabble or short story for the words. So far, most of them haven't been inspiring, but this popped into my mind today so I wrote it

also I would expect the innkeeper to be like "What do you mean where are your things?" and be afraid/searching for a robber, not "HEY MAN WE DIDN'T STEAL IT SOMEONE FUCKING HEADLOCK THIS GUY"
If you get what I mean
maybe if you extended it and had the guy spaz out a little more. then that would be justified, and also more interesting. have the guy like seriously implicate the innkeeper and shit, and then they have this big argument or whatever, and THEN the innkeeper, who's been scoping out the sword guy, kind of signals him to come over and headlock him. that way it doesn't look fishy towards the other guy...
the other thing is to have the innkeeper and the sword guy working in tandem for the historian chick. like, the innkeeper lets him into the guy's room if they let him have some of the cash the female historian supposedly pays him (I'm guessing that's why he was doing it)
