Protogrove and stuff
Well, it's done. We officially submitted our protogrove request last night. now it's just a matter of waiting the two weeks to see if we get approved and get to keep our name.
In other news, we had a new person at our meeting last night. She's very young (just 20 I think) and still working her way away from her Christian upbringing, wrapping her head around the idea that there's more than one god, etc. But, she's very interested in learning and studying rather than just taking the word of some of the less scholarly writers and folks out there regarding paganism, so she may find us a good fit.
Oh yeah. Marv is coming home this weekend. YAY!! We're gonna go camping since it's supposed to be really nice this weekend. Unfortunately, his truck didn't pass CA inspection and now it's not working at all, so he won't be staying this time around. Still, except for the monster Calvin, everyone will be home this weekend and the house will seem smaller than it usually does (Michele's coming, too). It'll be nice.
