anywho, looking around to help kim gave me a few ideas for you.

download hijackthis here run a scan and send me the log file...

also, do a windows search for a file located in your windows directory called "hosts", open it in notepad, and if there's hotmail in there, delete it, save it, and try opening hotmail again... if it doesn't work, open hosts again and check that the address is still gone.

i dont think this is the one you've got tho - because you would've read the license agreement and seen:

Block Checker may disable or uninstall any other product or software tool that might interfere with the operability of the Block Checker Software or otherwise preempt or render inoperative the Block Checker Software in a manner that might jeopardize the ability of Block Checker to make offers by Block Checker. In installing the Block Checker Software, you authorize Block Checker to disable, uninstall, or delete any application or software that might, in Block Checker’s opinion nullify its function.

ie, if anything on your system is stopping block checker spamming the fuck outta you, you've just given it permission to viciously hack them to death

that's all i got at the moment... if they're no help, download hijackthis here run a check and keep the log file - some geeks somewhere can help us.
