I've lived umpteen years on this earth, and I really think it's time to start offering some excellent advice based on a life hard lived and experience hard experienced.
So:
TIP #1
When going to stay at someone's house, say for a house party, your host may request that you bring a tent/sleeping bag. On no account do so! Failure to bring any kind of sleep accessories obliges your host to offer you a comfortable bed in the house, clean sheets, and an even shot at a complimentary cup of coffee first thing the next morning. Your room might possibly be furnished with interesting books which you haven't read before, always assuming you're sober enough to read.
