Try to see difficult events as steps, instead of hurdles. 
Being stressed is about as productive as nailing jello to a tree.
 Realize that it is life, and nothing is THAT important. 
Plus, for those who battle with depression, anger, 
or really unexplainable, unhealthy behaviors: 
think to yourself what is reinforcing this behavior? 
You must be getting some kind of reward or reinforcment from it, 
otherwise it wouldn't make any sense to continue with that behavior.... 
would it?

It is the appraisel of events which make them difficult, 
and not the events themselves. 
Keep that in mind 
and life will be more easy to tackle.

Oh and for every one negative thing you say to someone, 
make sure you say five positive things to them.
