im in a thinking mood. im was thinking about that thing we did in psych during the stress chapter, that whole "life changing events" thing. and now i can see why she had us do it. i feel like everything has change in the whole 3 weeks of summer that we've had. i think now that school is over im starting to see who my real friends are. im disappointed by some people but i guess thats part of growing up and moving on. i think now more than ever im starting to question if we're all going to keep in touch like we say we will. it bothers me that so many people are fading each other out and we're barely 3 weeks into summer. i dunno, im happy but unhappy right now if that makes any sense. the pool is disguisting, ive cleaned up shit, pee, and vomit within that last 72 hours and i cant handle it anymore, sometimes i just want to quit working there.
so i had i guess what you could call a "college meltdown" the other night. i think the whole college experience is going to be some of the best years of my life, but at the same time im so scared of screwing up. im scared about failing and not living up to both my parents and my own expectations. im scared about losing contact with all of my high school friends. i guess im just worried that im not going to be able to adjust to the change. i dont want my friends to forget me and i dont want to forget about them, sigh, this is such a life changing point in time.
