(no subject)
this will have to be relitively short (yeah right) b/c i'm in the lab (just got out of journalism) and it closes at 9...plussss LOST comes on at 9, can't miss it.
i've started doing stuff for the carolinian. one story/2 photos so far, none very good. don't expect them to not suck sometimes.
quit old navy. i love having my freaking free time back. i miss the people but i'm ok not opening fitting room doors for people anymore.
rudy and i have been together a year and half yesterday. woo. =)
back in september - went to the decemberists show in asheville. very very good show, defintiely enjoyed myself.
watch the movie you and me and everyone we know. just do it.
pretty good halloween. had to work though so that was a downside.
think i'm going to do a photography independent study next sememster, though i don't really think it'll count towards anything. (this all depends on if i get into it, which i'm not getting my hopes up about.)
speaking of photography: 2nd to last crit - week from today. final crit - december 5. i need to take pictures of people!! we are normally required to turn in at least 4 contact sheets for each crit. i'd like to turn in way more than that for the last one. so, if you have something you want me to come take pictures of for you or just wouldnt mind me using you, please let me know. or if you have some really strange person that you think would be good to photograph, let me know about them too. i like weird people.

i like my roommate jamie. (well, of course i like ashley too, but i've know that for a good 2.5 years now.) i'm getting to know jamie better and she's hilarious. glad she's living w/ us.
going to england next fall i believe. (or somewhere abroad.) i have an appointent w/ the international programs people next tuesday to start the process or whatever. i'm excited.

went to disney world for fall break w/ my sister, brother in law, nephew, mom, and dad. we had a lot of fun. it was hot and crowded, but it was really good to spend some time w/ them. my nephew is definitely not a baby anymore. he was jumping on the bed in the hotel!!
cannnnnnot wait until christmas. it's so pretty. and what's up w/ it being so warm in november? i'm kind of ready for fall weather.
what should i ask for for christmas? an ipod (not a very expensive one, b/c i don't need a very expensive one) or a sewing machine. sewing machines are less and initially i could buy it on my own when i have a little bit of spending money. but do i want to ask my parents to spend the money for an ipod? i'm horrible w/ decisions.
i guess that's it. i'm sure i've missed something. if i think of it, i'll do another post b/c i haven't in a while so you can deal w/ me posting 2 in one day. thanks!
