I know I am soft, but come on guys, it's only been like 3 months...
I am slightly surprised that I am doing this, but seeing as how everyone else in my family has done it, except for my father and myself, I decided to continue the trend (and also therefore make Dad the softest Dittert.) So, in no particular order, here is my list of ten things that make me happy:
1. To steal a page from various other Ditterts, I will say whenever all 8 kids get together, but it's much better when we all have a good time. It's not as fun if someone leaves screaming they hate the rest.
2. Being able to drive myself places that I need to go... it only took a little over two years.
3. Getting to the end of a really good book.
4. Stopping by someone's house just to say hey and being able to chill there as if it were nothing out of the ordinary.
5. Apple PIE! and cider and candy... basically I just like apples.
6. Getting a new CD.
7. Realizing that I've learned all the words to that new CD.
8. Playing tenors.
9. Taking a walk, simply going nowhere, just because I can. And I must agree that winter is the best season for this.
10. Spending time with people who care about me and whom I care about. It's nice to be appreciated for who you are. And no, this is not simply implying my girlfriend, it is just anynone at all, my family, my friends, anyone. That's not to say that seeing my girlfriend isn't nice... because it is.
So that is that. I thought about another random thing, we'll just say it's #11, and that would be beating Minesweeper on expert. That is so gay... there are spots where you CAN'T know if there should be one there or not, so you just have to guess. And I always have to play until I win, so sometimes it takes a while. But yeah, Dad is now the softest person ever.
