“Come on guys. Let’s go, quick. We should have fun,” Yo Seob jumps excitedly as we step out of the hotel. It’s not even long after we reach the hotel from the long hour plane. I just barely sleep for 1 hour and yet this kid here is all excited. Our concert is supposed to be on the 20th but we decide to come here earlier to have some fun as well as sight seeing. I look up at the sky and the sun is shining brightly above my head. I glance at my watch showing 4 in the afternoon. It’s supposed to be fun at this time but all I feel like doing now is to have a good rest after that stupid jet lag.
Yo Seob insists on visiting this cafe once we reach. I’m okay with it but can’t we visit it later or tomorrow. For me, a good sleep is much better.
“Can’t we go later or tomorrow?” I say tugging my hands into the pocket of my jeans while walking lazily. More like dragging my legs forward.
“No. The shop will be close later. We’re almost there. Cheer up hyung. I’m sure you won’t regret coming once you sees the beautiful waitress there,” Yo Seob chirps.
“Ughh,” I groan and tug my hand dipper. There’s no way to fight that hyper boy. Yo Seob found out about this café on the web. What’s the big deal? It’s just another restaurant. But he keeps on saying it’s different, that this place is very famous and all the workers are very good-looking. The workers there even got fans like us. I doubt that, how handsome or pretty would they be. I smirk to myself, I’ll find out soon enough.
“Here. I think it’s here,” Yo Seob shouts and head into the café. I sigh and gets in as well.
“Ya ya. Is this the place? Wow, it’s nice. Look at the design,” that boy, says out loud. Isn't he supposed to know better? The aroma of the coffee hits my nose once I enter and I’m so getting some coffee later.
“Hello. Welcome. Please take a seat,” a voice greets us. I almost cough out when I see a beautiful tall lady smiling sweetly at us. Damn, that Yo Seob kid is right. She got a sharp feature but suits perfectly on her oval face. Her hair is in hazel color with curly wave, wearing simple yet chic waitress attire. White short-sleeve button-down blouse, black skirt, waist apron, and black shoes. Doo Joon choose the last end corner table and we order ourselves some food.
I notice the café is small yet cosy and welcoming. The wall is painted with white; the furniture and interiors are all made of wood and brown in color. Each table is placed perfectly close to one another but there are still an ample amount of personal spaces. Soft music could be heard playing along with people chatting softly among themselves. Not far, there is a tall wooden shelf fills with various kinds of books and magazines. I figure out it’s for the customers as I saw one of the customers took it and began reading on his seat.
“This place is great isn't it? It’s a must to visit you know,” Yo Seob says proudly.
“You won’t even bother if it’s not because of those pretty waitress,” Jun Hyung replied sarcastically.
“Shut up hyung,” Yo Seob laughs.
He stops laughing when another waitress serves us our drinks. She’s not as tall as the earlier waitress, she’s small, and her soft black hair reaches her shoulder. She got round big eyes, small lips and nose.
“Enjoy your drinks,” she smiles and bow at us before walking away. I find myself looking at her until she goes into a room. She is really cute. I turn my gaze to my coffee, which there is a design of heart shape on the foam. I smiles wondering could it be her who made it. The taste of the coffee is just perfect in your mouth plus it’s really smooth.
Our food reach soon enough serve by a waiter this time. Dresses in black pants, button-down white shirt with small bow tie along with a waist apron and black shoes. He looks around my age and I have to say he’s handsome.
“Hey did you see that girl who took our order just now? She’s really pretty isn't?” Yo Seob says with his mouth full. We nod in agreement.
“The boy there is handsome as well. That man too. Must be the owner,” Dong Woon continues. The man behind the counter looks slightly older. He dress a little different so must be the owner of this place. From his look, I’m sure he is the target of those aunties giggling on the front table.
“That girl too. The one who serve us drinks. She cute isn't she?” Gi Kwang says. We all turn our gaze to the girl who is busy cleaning the table. I already notice how cute she is. All the 4 workers are really good-looking. Now, I’m not surprise they got fans even though they are nothing like us. I’m sure they could be celebrities easily with their looks.
I take another sip of my coffee. Maybe it’s not so bad coming here after all. I shall look at the books there. Just when I take a few steps, someone bump onto my chest real hard. I rub my chest to ease the impact when I see my jacket is ruin. Great, this is just great. Just when I though my day would get better, now my favorite jacket is all wet and slimy. Damn it!
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry.” I look straight at her. So, it’s that cute waitress. No, she’s not even cute. What is with her? Can’t she even hold her stuff properly? Call herself a waitress. Bullshit!
“I’m really sorry. I’m sorry,” she apologies again as she hand me over some tissues. I snatch from her and start wiping off, but it stays. Apologies won’t get my jacket clean. I feel like crying seeing my favorite jacket is all ruin now.
“Are you okay?” Doo Joon ask. I glare at him as he help wiping my jacket. The other members look at me with their sorry look. I hate it. I take off my jacket and throw it onto the floor. It’s ruin anyway.
“Just throw it away,” I hiss and stomps back to my seat. I keep looking at my jacket on the floor when that girl picks it up. Thinking she would returns it to me, instead she runs out. Wait! Where is she taking my jacket? Shit! Don’t tell me she’s throwing it away.
“Hey, are you okay?” Jun Hyung ask taking a seat next to me.
“What do you think? Try getting your favorite jacket ruin.” I glare at him.
“Eyy. Come on, it’s only a jacket. Be a man Seungie. She doesn't mean it, she’s scare already,” Doo Joon advice.
I look at workers clean off the mess and few minutes later, she returns. She is not holding anything. I can’t believe it; she really throws off my jacket. I didn't mean. I was just angry. Like nothing happens, she continues doing her job.
“Let’s go. The shop close at 6pm. Means now,” Yo Seob says standing up.
“Wait!” I stop them.
“Why?” They all look at me in question. I sigh.
“Just a minute more okay.”
“Wow, I though you don’t even want to come in the first place,” Yo Seob tease sitting back down. I ignore him and look at that waitress. She’s busy cleaning one of the tables. I just can’t believe she throws my jacket away. Our eyes meet except her expression change. What? The one who should be mad is I. She runs out again. Where is she going this time?
“Where is Jean? Did she run out again?” the handsome waiter speaks. He shakes his head and cleans up the dishes. I sigh. Seems like I won’t be getting back my jacket.
“Let’s go,” I say and stand up. The other follows not saying a single word and Doo Joon pays the bill. Why didn't they ask me any question?
“Wait” A person taps my shoulder. I turn to see who call me to which my surprise it’s that beautiful waitress. She’s really beautiful.
“Erm. Can you wait for a while?” she asks.
“Me?” She nods. The members look as blank as me when I look at them. I sigh.
“Okay”.
“We’ll be around this place. Look for us when you’re done,” Doo Joon says gesturing the others to get out.
“Wait hyung. Don’t leave me alone”. All he does is wink at me before closing the door behind. Worst, she is not here. I’m all-alone in this cafe. Okay, I don’t feel good. I walk to the shelf, which I don’t get to do earlier because of that girl. I pull out an old looking book and sit at the nearest table.
PANG. It frightens me a little when she slam a book on the table.
“This belongs to the girl that bump onto you,” she speaks.
“What?”
“She’s a fan of Obsidian,” she points at the magazine. Yeah, okay those are we with our profile. She then puts another book in front of me.
“See this. This is you isn't it. She really likes you.”
My eyes widen when I see pictures of me on the page. What even surprise me is that there is ‘©HYUN SEUNG ^^’ written on it. So, she’s really my fan. But, that picture is not I alone. That’s Leeteuk-sunbaenim and Siwon-sunbaenim from Super Junior. Great, she must not have noticed that. I look at her who is smiling except it makes me uneasy. She speaks.
“She really is your fan. She will be back later. So, pass it back to her for me okay”. She winks at me and skips into a room. I stare wildly at her. What did she just say? I look back at the book and flip a few pages. A lot of writings and pictures of coffees on the notebook as well.
DING. The bells rings. I quickly close the book when I see her comes in.
How is it? I hope you all like it. Thanks for reading. This is just for fun and it’s fiction. Comments are love. Thanks again. Have a nice day~ ^^
