Will KBS produce a second season of “Dream High”?
Could fans expect a second season of KBS’s “Dream High” next year?
The drama’s met with soaring popularity ever since it first began airing on January 3rd, and has managed to rank first in viewer ratings each week. Due to the success of the series, fans of the drama have been wondering for some time now whether a second season is in the works.
A representative of KBS’s drama team revealed, “Ever since we began our ‘School‘ series in 1999, other dramas such as ‘Boys Over Flowers‘, ‘God of Study‘, and now ‘Dream High’ have all achieved positive reviews. As a broadcast network, we’re determined to maintain the teenage drama genre, so we do have production plans for a drama that is akin to season two of ‘Dream High’ next year.”
The drama’s production company, Hollim & CJ Media, also revealed similar plans. A representative commented, “We’ve garnered successful production experience through ‘Dream High’, so our stance on producing a second season is positive. However, this is an issue that must be discussed right from the start only after ‘Dream High’ ends. Even if we create another drama similar to ‘Dream High’, we’re doubtful as to whether we will name it ‘Dream High’ again.”
Kim Soohyun & Eunjung for We Got Married
Dream High castmates’ Kim Soo Hyun (Song Sam Dong) and Eunjung Ham (Yoon Baek Hee) are going to be casted in We got Married.
The staff from We got Married said:“their hard works and good images in Dream High, bring up more popular to the team. 2 young person with successful work, got married. WGM will challenge themself in other sides.” About when it will official do, a staff said: ” after Dream High finish, their schedule is made in next month, for first shooting.”

Not going to lie, if theres a couple in DH I want to see in WGM, its woou. I guess all hope is lost now that KSH and Eunjung is the one chosen for WGM .__.
