I couldn't even tell you the last time I posted a real entry on here. So much has happened in the last year. The biggest and most obvious would be on September 18th, 2009 I married my best friend. From about February on, my (almost) entire existence revolved around wedding planning. And let me just say, I never ever want to do that again. I'm so so glad the whole thing is over. I believe my husband feels the exact same way. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. There is nothing I would change. The reception had a few hiccups, but nothing major. For the most part, I planned the whole thing myself, made the majority of the decorations, including the favors. Eventually I'm going to put the professional pictures on picasa because the photographers gave me full rights. Wasn't that nice of them?

Now that life has settled down a bit, you'll probably see more of me on here. I've been trying to catch up on everybody's life, which is very time consuming.

Currently, work is hell. The boss was MIA for the majority of the summer, and now she's back the majority of the time. I was kinda hoping she would find a District Manager position, so I could be promoted. I received a small promotion back in June, but it's really a joke. I'm in charge of doing disaster drills. Woo hoo. They're mostly just a pain in my back side. The preschool side of the building is currently under reconstruction, which has completely thrown the school in turmoil. Kids are shifted around constantly. I usually keep tabs on the up stairs numbers in the afternoons/evenings to shift and get teachers out on time, but that is currently impossible to do because I never know what teacher is in what classroom with what kids. Not to mention, my co-teacher is an idiot. Anyway, my one year anniversary is Tuesday. I have no idea what direction to move myself in as far as career goals go. I get paid shit for a job I love but am currently more than burnt out on.  My husband is also very burnt out at his job. It's a bad combination, except I'm one to stick it out, and he keeps threatening find a new job.

I am. however,  very excited about Christmas this year. Since last year's holiday were so aweful, I'm going all out this year! I started gift buying last weekend. Oh, it's on like donkey kong!

work, wedding, holidays
