My Poor Ears...
I just heard a preview of Glee's take on Defying Gravity, and I seriously want to shoot something or someone. Am I seriously the only one who hates it? Everyone else is raving about how amazing Kurt and Rachel are, and I just want to puke. I mean, sure, Chris Colfer does an admirable job singing the song, but other than that, the entire song is... Think Idina's pop version of the song minus her emotion-filled singing plus a Lea Michele emotion-lacking Broadway belt and plus heavy production/auto-tune. Ugh. Seriously. I need to go listen to the OBC's Defying Gravity on repeat to wash my ears of this atrocity.
