The other day I saw a license plate that said “TCHALLA” and I let out a loud whoop I was so thrilled. My daughter wasn’t appreciative of the yell or the tags but I loved them. It was an older gentleman who looked as if he was with his grandchildren. See, I don’t hate the Black Panther in fact I used to really, really like him. I just don’t like the way he’s portrayed now and of course that he’s been paired with someone out of the blue just to help sales. I wonder if sales are better. Used to be BatmanWolverine would keep us informed. Hope he’s well.
I saw another entertaining, for me, tag that read “HOBBITS” on a minivan. It made me laugh. If I got vanity plates they’d read “LEOGLAS” or “STORMY” but I’ve always kind of hated vanity plates. They can be fun though especially while you’re trying to figure some of them out but when they have your name on it, oh I don’t know but that bothers me.
My ex had a maroon SUV with tags that said RODNEYG, his first name and last initial. I used to call the car the Rodney G but I thought what an ego. He said it wasn’t ego. We never agreed on that. I suppose it didn’t help that people would just shout out “Rodney!” when they didn’t even know him.
But the VM bug plates are usually so much fun. I think half the little bugs in Cincy have vanity plates. I love reading those. In fact, I want a flower vase for my car. I’m thinking about getting a new car, a Hybrid hopefully. My car will be paid for this January so maybe I’ll go that route. Nice not having car payments though.
