So, GISHWHES ended. And it was so much fun to do!! I know my team won't win, we didn't submit that many items and we didn't went crazy with the hardest ones like so many other teams did (I think the team
responsible for this should be rewarded with extra points. In true GISHWHESean spirit, their crazyness made it to the news!).
But I met a group of wonderful people, so commited to the cause of doing their best and so nice that I'm honored and proud to have worked with them. We laughed, we rushed, we complained and we used google translator a LOT to translate from English to Russian and viceversa. XD
Too bad several members of our team never answered any mail or participated in any way (in fact, only 5 of us were active participants)... I imagine it would have been much more fun and much more productive with all the members actually working! :D
And at the end, Erika, our team leader, "handed" The Team 455 Awards. I GOT ONE!!!
Behold "THE TEAM CHEERLEADER AWARD: For lifting the group up to it's full potential with positive encouragement and a can-do attitude".
OHHHH, SPARKLIES... Wheeee!! XD
Yeah, it was a lot of fun. Thank you, o crazy Overlord. Let's do it again next year! ;)
