i might see the light at the end of the tunnel...
but while am still inside it, i plan to do the very best i can to make all ends meet.
but enough of that. problems should not be dwelt on too much.

4. japan foundation manila eigasai june-july 2007
been waiting for this year's eigasai ^_^ mike先輩 took the pamphlet with the film synopses and schedules with him, though. good thing i took note of the movies i want to watch.
shimotsuma monogatari with tsuchiya anna ^_^ it's a nice film, am guessing, and it does remind me of nana a lot since it's a lolita befriending a biker chic story ^_^ yoshio (who cut his hair in a WEIRD way) said that it was a nice movie so am planning on watching it.
chirosoku no natsu with ueno juri in a supporting role. a nice love story spanning years about a japanese girl and a korean guy who meet in a track and field competition and decided to meet on tanabata the next year. years later, the girl coaches track and field and decides to enter her team in the competition where she met the guy before that was just revived recently, and learns that a korean guy pushed for the even to take place.
gaichi with miyazaki aoi is a teenage angst film where she plays a middle school girl who is somewhat jaded with life and hooks up with her teacher.
aoi haru with matsuda ryuhei in a dark school film. there is a rule wherein whoever gets to clap the most while hanging upside down from the school's rooftop balcony earns the title of "king" and gets to rule everyone.
inochi is a story about a girl who gets pregnant with her married lover's kid. her lover leaves her when she decides to keep the baby. enter her ex boyfriend with a cancer into the picture. he says he'd stay with her to raise the kid and promises to live long enough for the kid to call him by name.
waaaaah!!! i want to watch!
showing at shangri-la, up film institute, and cultural center of the philippines for free! ^_^

finally got to watch it! and it was totally crack!!! lmao the whole time!!!
