Distance
Blair fumed as he got more drinks from the fridge. It was Major Crimes’ poker night. The other detectives sat around the table, focused on the game and nobody seemed to notice.
Katie Willis, MC’s newest detective.
Her chair was next to Jim’s. Every few minutes the distance between his lover and her shrunk as she inched her chair closer. And she touched Jim. And batted her eyes at him. Flirting.
Jim didn’t notice.
Another inch.
Slamming down the drinks, he pushed between them, sat in Jim’s lap and proceeded to kiss his lover senseless.
See?! No distance between us!
