“With what?”
“Jae’s clothes.”
“What clothes?”
“Stop being difficult. The clothes that oh-so-mysteriously disappeared last week after he kicked you out of the kitchen.”
“He didn’t kick me out. He was threatening bodily harm with a skillet. I totally left of my own free will.”
“When have you ever left a kitchen of your own free will?”
“Point to Yunho.”
“Keep track of those.”
“Already do.”
“Who’s winning?”
“What kind of question is that?”
“I heard Su got you the other night during video games.”
“One. He got one. Does not make him the new guru.”
“Sorry to offend you so deeply.”
“You’re forgiven. If you quit laughing at me.”
“And I know you think you’ve sidetracked me with all these other comments, but you haven’t. Jae’s been throwing a hissy-fit since that night, demanding I fix it. Sadly, I have no clue where his clothes went. Therefore, I can’t do much fixing of anything.”
“They’re in a better place now.”
“You sent them to clothes-heaven?”
“Hm, yeah, something like that.”
“Where, precisely, is clothes-heaven, Min?”
“Somewhere over the rainbow…”
“Okay, let’s put it this way: How do I get Jae’s clothes back, Min?”
“I don’t really believe that’ll be possible.”
“Why not?"
“Because all the clothes have found happy new homes by now, homes they will not part with easily. And owners who will not let them go so easily.”
“What did you do?”
“Now, before you get upset, I took all necessary precautions. I was never in immediate danger, promise.”
“You went into enemy territory.”
“Only a little bit.”
“How far is a little bit?”
“Far enough to give them Jae’s clothes. They were so distracted by the fact that Jae himself had actually worn these things that they didn’t even really notice me. It was all, ‘OMG, this touched his skin! I bet he breathed on these!’ They’re really kinda insane, hyung.”
“And that is why we always try to maintain distance, Min. Tell me I don’t have to give you this lecture again.”
“You don’t have to give me this lecture again.”
“But you went out there and gave away Jae’s clothes.”
“Yes.”
“Oh, Min.”
“Umm… Is this where I say sorry?”
“It could help.”
“I’m sorry, Yunho.”
“It’s okay, Min. As your punishment, you get to help me figure out how to get Jae’s clothes back from the fangirls.”
