Quick Update
Hey, all~~
So, while I'm sitting in this cafe and actually have internet access for a bit, thought I'd give you guys a quick status update.
I finished up my first teaching contract at the end of February and accepted a new position, which means I'll be in Korea for at least another year. I moved apartments on Thursday from Yeonsinnae (northern Seoul, near Ilsan) to Apgujeong. (I am now all of a 5-minute walk from Time Out Gelato. Great for them; bad for my waistline. XD) Unfortunately, my new apartment has no internet connection and won't for at least another week. *crying in a dark, cold, lonely, internet-deprived corner*
I am still writing, though, so I should hopefully have a couple things to update whenever I get access at home. I already have the next YooVyn part of Being. ready. (Even though I know most of you don't read that pairing. Het is not a big draw in this fandom. I understand. ^^) Started Ch 16 of GBtR today, so that should hopefully be finished by then. It's a tough one to write; I've had trouble getting myself motivated to do it, and I figured out why today. There's no Changminnie in it~~!!! ㅠㅠ I dunno, maybe I'll slip in a scene of him by himself trapped in the house/core. It's not in my outline, but it feels weird to have a chap without him. But! This chap does have the return (physical) appearance of a very beloved OC to save the day. :D Anyway, yes, like I said, hopefully that'll be done, too. And on top of that, I'm also hoping to get out another part in the JaeMin challenge. It's a follow-up to the 'Misfits' verse, from Min's p.o.v. this time. Not making promises on that one, but we'll see how it goes. And then, beyond THAT, just whatever happens to stoke my inspiration. With the lack of internet at home, I can't exactly distract myself with fic READING, so I figure I may as well pass my time writing. XD
Anyway, think that's it. Like I said, hopefully I'll get some of that stuff finished and get internet connected in my room relatively soon. Not sure when yet, but we shall see. ^_^
