'Cause I'll remember everything you sang, 'cause you and I both loved what you and I spoke of...
So it's been a while. Over Thanksgiving break my dad, Tammie, Carly, Jackson, Makayla, and I went up to Minneapolis. I rode with just my dad, so that was nice. He paid my sister to ride with Tammie and the kids. Way to buy our love.
I stayed with my aunt Shana the first two nights and the last night. My sister stayed with her every night, and my dad, Tammie, and her kids stayed at my grandma's. I stayed with my aunt Kiernan the other nights.
I got my nails done for the first time in a year. It was nice. I forgot what it's like to do fun stuff like that. I got them painted bright red. The lady who did mine kept saying things like "Oh, you have such pretty nail. So healthy!" And that made me feel good. Because I don't do anything special. I guess I just have nice nails. And she asked how old I was, and I said fourteen. "You very pretty!" Haha. I love Asian ladies. Then we went shopping and I got some shirts from A&F, a skirt (which i wore today :]) and pajama shorts from PacSun, and a cuff bracelet from Ltd. Too, because Carly was in there shopping so I decided, Why not? And my grandma and aunt are getting me a Juicy Couture purse! :] I'm really happy...I've wanted one for a long time, and it's my Christmas present from both of them. It was originally around $165, but they got 20% off, and then another 20% off, so it's like they're each spending fifty bucks. I feel so spoiled. Kind of guilty. But the purse...is to die for. So yay. :]
Then on the drive home my dad listened to the Vikings game on the radio so I listened to my iPod and texted people when I got reception. Tonight I went up to Kingsley and ate at Pizza Hut with my mom, sister, and grandma. Then I had a dentist appointment (my teeth are fantastic, i guess) and then I came home and my mom yelled at me for texting so much. She said she wants to take mine and Carly's phones away at night because she read in a Dear Abby article today that teens are staying up all night texting and that parents should take your phone away. "Don't believe everything you read," I said.
Tomorrow I get to go see Angela and get my hair more noticeable. I'm going to ask her to cut my bangs shorter. And I want shoppy layers I think. Something different.
Anyway, I'm really tired and going to bed soon. I'll try and update more often than I have been lately.
