My head really does hurt today. I can't fathom why. Last night was the really fun party in the Gryffindor Common Room. I dressed as the Giant Squid. It was quite fun to put together! I was trying to see if dressing in costume would keep the Wrackspurts at bay since the Muggles thought that it kept the spirits away. I thought I would ask a few people as well. I suddenly became quite fuzzy-headed myself and it didn't improve at all. So I believe that costumes do nothing against the Wrackspurts, but in fact, may make them worse! Did anyone else get fuzzy-headed last night?
By the time I reached my dorm, I was so very tired! One of my dormmates was kind enough to help me out of my costume, then I just collapsed in bed. I had very bizarre dreams all night long of dabberblimps and heliopaths fighting and the Giant Squid fell on them all and crushed them.
I have a very dreadful headache this morning. I hope it goes away. I've found a nice quiet corner to hide myself.
