CHARACTER'S WISH: Okay! I already talked to Otter-mod about this. Sorata, ICly, wants to see if there's any way to restore his memories lost between stays in Discedo: his cr and past events and all that stuff. Otter says that's fine.
WOULD THIS WISH AFFECT THE CITY IN ANY WAY?: Nope. It's entirely personal.
CHARACTER'S PRICE: HERE'S THE KICKER! I imagine the price for memories is probably really high. Canon, and all. High enough that Sorata might not actually want to go through with it - not that he knows all these details IC. Let's say that the price for his memories would be some of the memories of his past -- we'll be nice and leave out Arashi and Kamui and all that (because he would NEVER EVER give those up), but, say, memories of his childhood, etc. Since he already sort-of remembers his last stay in Discedo, a "lower" price seems fair.

Basically, this is all IC for Sorata, but OOC, I'm neutral - he wants his memories back, but when he discovers the price, he might decide on no. Therefore, even though the regain IS mod approved, he might not go through with it IC. T- that make sense?
