1. I once again fit in my current favorite pair of jeans, which I haven't worn in about a year. You might not find this very remarkable, but I think it's freaking awesome. :D
2. Panthers preseason football has started up again, but without Mike Minter. This depresses me. Not really because I thought Minter would be as explosive as he used to be as a safety, but because he's been a part of the team for a decade. Yeah, there are other players who've done the same, but that kind of commitment is somewhat rare, considering how much the free agent system can benefit players monetarily. Anyway, I'm going to miss him.
That said, I'm actually really excited about our team this year, though I'm a little worried about Walker starting various locker-room brawls with Pep and Jenkins. All three quarterbacks were doing well, at least. Woot.
3. I continue to pack for Raleigh, which is eating up most of my time. I will be very happy when I am finally moved in and everything.
4. I'm not usually one for various YouTube entertainers (most of them have lame voices and lamer guitar-playing skills). But I admit it, I love Ysabella Brave. Not for her singing so much as for her (generally) cheery little talk series. She just has one of those voices that makes you feel better, even if it can be cheesy. Maybe it's the light elevator music in the background. Anyway, I think she gives some good advice. Regardless, she's obviously a sweetheart.
