Despite the talk we had, I still question it. What is this theory he speaks of? And how is it that he skirted around whether or not he still believed the theory.
You cannot hold onto something successfully until you have once dropped it.
And you cannot hold onto something successfully if you no longer want to hold it.
And so with that I wonder.
I question what trickles from his lips like posioned barbs and yearn for it not to pierce me, but with compassion.
And I hope that I am wrong. And his heart lies open yet, for I don't want the walls to close....but I feel the reach is higher than it once was... or perhaps...
