Belated Thanksgiving!

Well, our day-late Thanksgiving is going well. Last night I baked an apple pie and a mincemeat pie, and today, I've made a pumpkin pie. The turkey's in the oven, so I have a few hours until I have to do anything else. The stuffing and the sweet potato casserole are ready to pop into the oven when the turkey comes out, and all I will have to cook
