So it's the summer, and I am finally employed. For two and a half years I was a post-master at Sarah Lawrence; now I am in the process of becoming a photo-master at CVS. Show up to the CVS on Dixwell in Hamden and I will process your photos like the ninja I am. Digital or film, singles or doubles, prints or Kodak Easy Share, send out or one hour--I don't even care, I can do it all for you with my nimble fingers and well-calibrated machinery.
Working and living here in CT is pretty sweet. A lot more to do around here than in Westchester, and my friends take care of me.
Also, Geoff, Ev, Meg and I had a kick-ass time at Convergence 13 over in Portland, OR. I don't think I've ever seen so many awesome people in one place at the same time.
I'm so happy to be able to hang out with such attractive people; they make me look a whole lot better. :-D
Annabelle got Meg and me free tickets into the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, which was incredibly nice of her (thank you!). I even got to know the Mad Hatter a little bit, heh heh. All in all, Convergence was the best time I've had in a loooong while.
