Long and short of it is you wish to know my favort sushi?

Salmon ,smoked salmon and yellow tail flounder and Tuna..

Rolls ..I like avcod rolls, Smoked eel and dragond rolls.

Ok I can eat it till I pop and eat all of it and I will eat about 100 peaces if let too so in short never take me out fo sushi unless you have the bank acount for it..

Also caviro rools and qaul eggs.

My sushi choice will be a simple yet elegant combination of avocado, yellowtail, and spicy sauce with a hint of wasabi in an inversed maki roll (rice outside, that is).

I, I must say, am also a fan of the inverse roll. Inside would be a delicate combination of yellowtail, avacado and white tuna. Then, wrapped around the reversed rice, would be the freshest red tuna. All this would be topped with masago (flying fish roe). It may be called the Heaven's Gate Roll (in memory of Bob), if it had a name (and if it doesn't already). ^_~

But, really. I like my tuna rolls, and my yellowtail, on occasion. Av. rolls are always sweet but simple too. Aah, the joys of sushi....
