Evelyn: Here's the bio I promised you. It's a little longer than you wanted, I know. Maybe using only the last two paragraphs would suit your purposes (whatever they are)?
Erik
The romanticized landscapes-Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, Pacific Ocean. The great cities of the nation, the urban sprawl starting to fill up the country’s empty spaces, the smell of industry and burning coal. An iron thread weaving its way into the sunset, heading West forever and forever. The fever of the coal pitcher, the conductor’s warning yell, and most of all, the passengers.
Not the passengers you’d find in the dining cart or lounge. The passengers hiding in the cattle cars, the cars carrying coal, lumber, oil, packaged goods, food. The passengers who didn’t pay for a ticket, who took their chances alone or in small groups, hopping on trains to god-knows-where.
This was not the life the world chose for Erik. This was the life Erik chose for himself. But when a fellow drifter chose him to be embraced into Clan Gangrel, then abandoned him to fend for himself, he had to forsake the trains for the inner city, where there was an ample supply of the shelter he was used to, along with the nourishment and protection from the sun he knew he would now need.
And although he could survive quite well on his own, like any good Gangrel, not needing or depending upon the company of others, he was introduced to the mighty Sabbat, and learned the wisdom and practicality of their ways. He has been a loyal member of the Sabbat ever since, and last year was part of the elite strike team that exterminated the infamous “Cathedral of Flesh” that had devoured so many of New York City’s Cainites. He is pleased to serve the Sabbat as Lieutenant of Pack Section 8.
A worthy member of the City Gangrel bloodline he is a part of, Erik prides himself on his speed, ability to blend in with his surroundings, composed demeanor under threatening circumstances, and the malleability and adaptive nature of his flesh, all essential qualities for urban survival.
