Mini Update before Bed...
I was in the process of posting pictures here...however I'm just going to do them after my class later on today. I did post a few more on facebook..
Now Yesterday's class was fun! Nancy was there this time, since Marc was too tired to come, and I did really well. I must say I'm excited to be doing better, and also more than I was last week that's for sure. This week as been more fun since I've got to make more. I did Hand Rolls, Rainbow Rolls and more inside out rolls. Also made this amazing Avocado Salad.
Heinz said that next class we're doing a Dancing Eel and hopefully my favorite the Volcano! Plus I really hope we get to do the Hand Press rolls, plus practice more Nigiri. I do have to say that so far it seems unless they are just saying it to make me happy...everyone has REALLY been impressed with me. I just need to stop being so critical about my work. I need to pick up the pace a little more, but that will come with practice.
Ugh...we have little over a week left here...and once again I really don't want to leave. It just means that I have to deal with the drama that's at home, and even though I miss everyone it's been nice to not hear about anything crazy from home. Solvs seems to be doing okay...and from what I've heard Adrian and Meg are doing fine with the house too. Btw you two...MISS YOU BOTH LOTS, and thank you again for watching the house for me!!
Okay I need to sleep...since once again I didn't go to bed when I had planned to, so I wouldn't be as tired as I have been...gah! Stupid Jen.
