The Meaning of a True Friend

So it's been a while since I updated. This past month or so has been extremely busy and a little bit hectic. First of all, can I say October is my absolute favorite month, ever. I think its because Frightmares is so freaking fun and Halloween is my favorite holiday. I had an absolute blast all month long. We went every weekend and Jenn brought Roxy a bunch of times. Roxy is the sweetest Pomeranian you have ever seen! I really mostly just enjoyed spending time with my best friends and going to haunted houses and such.

The last weekend of Frightmares Cody found out he was accepted for a position at Busch Gardens in Florida. He was asked to fill in last minute for the Christmas show and then his actual contract starts January 1st and goes through December of next year, a whole year long. Kyle made the decision to go with him, and now for the last three weeks we have been helping them prepare for the move. I have also been preparing myself for saying goodbye to them. I have to keep telling myself that they are not gone forever. Not only are we going to go out and see them, but they plan to come back after the year. I have spent every night I can with them just taking time out to be with them, to bond, to make memories. I decided to make them a photobook, the kind you can put on your coffee table and such. I spent a lot of time going through pictures, finding the perfect ones. I had a hard time deciding what message I wanted to send with the book. This was not good bye, though I wanted to make it something that will help them remember everything back at home. I think I found the perfect combination though. The book was ordered last week and shipped out on Monday night. It should be arriving at my house today. I'm nervous, and anxious, and deeply saddened all a the same time. Every extra ounce of money I have is being put away for our trip to see them in February.

This is our last week together, I plan to make as many lasting memories as possible.
