From Lagoon to Oktoberfest

So this past weekend was a little crazy. Saturday we had a company party at the local theme park, Lagoon. It was a blast. My sister and my nephew came and we had a super fun time. The only time I really saw anyone from work was at lunch, but it was great anyways. It also was the last night of Cody's show and I saw so many people I knew, it was so fun. Afterwards my friend Brandon wanted to hang out. We always have a good time just chilling so he came over and we watched movies and he ended up staying over. In the morning I got a text from my friend Kyle, so I met him and a few other friends up the canyon at Snow Bird resort. Snow Bird is actually a ski resort that is packed during the winter. During the summer months they have all kinds of festivals and activities there. This month happens to be Oktoberfest, a German celebration complete with Brautwurst, sauerkraut, polka dancing and the German favorite - beer. lots and lots of beer. My friend Randy got pumpkin beer and he was quite a happy person after that. I don't drink but it was fun to walk around the festivities.
