You are loved and missed... have a good time with the angels. I know you're happier now. One year is a long time to suffer. Jake, you were such a nice guy. I mean, you had so many friends and even people who didn't know you, loved you. You let off that vibe. When you went into the coma, the whole school was praying for you or wishing you the best in one form or another... but I guess it just wasn't good enough. Everything happens for a reason, and I guess God felt you'd be better off with Him. We love you. You'll never be forgotten.
