One to Rock The Ages
Finally!
I'm pleased to announce that Corey and I have finally organized what we had always planned to do our senior year: start a band! Corey's college advisor is throwing a surprise birthday party for his wife and he supposedly asked Corey if he could throw together a nice jazz trio for the occasion... and we answered the call!
The partners-in-crime list goes as follows:
Joe Pikowski *-_-*-_-* Piano
Corey Lalime *-_-*-_-* Saxophone/Bass
Chris Detoy** *-_-*-_-* Drums
James Malloy ** *-_-*-_-* Drums
**- James and Detoy will back each other up in case the other can't make it.
So exciting! And we have all the long week vacation to get a nice hour and a half set rehearsed before our first gig on the 26th. Hopefully this will be the start of something much bigger. Suggestions for band names would be appreciated! Something catchy that fits the jazz motif.
