Class of My Own
Last week on Tuesday I graduated T-6s and props. Now normally classes for Jets start on Wednesday, but seeing as how I was the only person ready to class up for this eventuality, I figured I'd be allowed to kick back for a few days and work on my beach skills while some people graduated props.
It was not meant to be, and I'm now in Jets all by myself. This has major perks and disadvantages; I get personalized training, but I have no one to share the load. So overall, it works out about even.
Other good news is that my offer on the condo was accepted for $30,000 less than asking. To put some perspective on what an awesome score this is, the previous owner (who is in short sale) is selling her property to me at a 65% discount of what she paid for it!
If the bank accepts the short sale, we should finish the closing process some time in mid November. I can't wait!
