Waterboarding is Torture
Right-wing, Republican talk show host Mancow Muller decided that he, in order to prove that waterboarding was not torture, would be waterboarded on camera. His goal was to last at least 30 sec to 1 minute, to prove his point.
He lasted five.
Coming out of the experience, he said "It is such an odd feeling to have water poured down your nose with your head back...It was instantaneous...and I don't want to say this: absolutely torture." Talk about learning the hard way, but I give him credit for having the guts to put his money where his mouth is, and admit that he was wrong.
