So much for trying to make my senior year my best year. Today was day one and I'm absolutely miserable. I've been mopey, teary-eyed, and pretty pessimistic since 2:20. Every single class of mine, in one way or another, is a nightmare. Whether it's a teacher that hates me, a group of kids that just can't shut up, or just a horrible subject... ugh. This might just be the worst schedule I've ever had.
But let's try to focus on the positive, shall we? Uh... well...
1. Despite what many other students have said, my english teacher actually seems pretty cool.
2. I have desktop publishing with some good friends of mine.
3. I like half of the kids that sit at my lunch table. (Although I can't wait to go out for lunch!)
4. I've got some more good friends of mine in Sociology, which sounds like it's going to be a really interesting and fun class.
Wow. Only four. Okay.
I was going to make a list of pros and cons, but it would be disgusting to see how badly the cons outnumber the pros. So I'll stick with the pros. Only think about the pros. Yup. The four pros.
I hope no one else had as shitty a day as I had.
