So it's been a week since I last updated, and I think a lot has happened.

Turns out I didn't go to my ultrasound appointment. My sleep was so screwed up, I didn't drink enough water in time, and there wasn't enough time to just get ready, so we rescheduled for sometime this upcoming week. (I wonder if that was a bad idea to not go though, because I was having extreme pain today. Not pleasant.)

So we arrived in Wildwood Crest on Saturday and have been here ever since. The condo we're staying in is nice, although the neighbors across the hall from us stink up the hallway. I've no idea what the stink belongs to, but I do know that whenever we spray air freshner out there, the stink kills the air freshner. It's disgusting. ...But other than that, our condo's pretty cool. Of course, the only internet connection I can get is outside on the balcony, where I'm constantly in the sun, blocked from any breeze that might be, during the hottest parts of the day. Yuck.

Speaking of the sun, I'm fried. Yup, I'm a lobster. (Which is nothing new for my skin. I always burn when I'm in the sun for too long, regardless of whether or not I'm wearing sunscreen. So now I'm done with the pain phase, and I've now start the itching part. Soon will come the peeling part, in which I'll have loads of fun sitting on my ass and peeling off my skin! Doesn't that sound like fun?!

So we went to Cape May three times. The first time I went with my parents while my sister and her friend went to the boardwalk. We stopped at the CyberCafe (this was before I realized I could get a connection on the balcony) and then ate at a restaurant that turned out to be really yucky. The food was a nightmare. At one point I was super-cold, and my father actually offered me alcohol. In public. Both my father AND my mother were offering it to me, but, being the responsible young woman that I am, declined their offer. (Damn.) Afterall, I'm a minor. I'd take a drink at home, but in public? No way.

The next two times we went to Cape May were pretty boring. Ate at The Ugly Mug, went into my favorite store (Madame's Port) and got some really cute, inspirational magnets that I'm going to hang in my locker.

We went to the boardwalk once so far, which was... err... interesting. My friend Britt was down here with us at the time, and her and I were in this one store (one of many that sell t-shirts and sweatshirts and whatnot), and there was this guy. Creepy guy. *shiver* He kept asking me questions: "Where you from?" "You got a lot of money?" "You meeting up with boys?" "You gonna buy something?" "Why not?" My responses were all very vague. I made sure of it.

We went to a dinner theatre tonight... AND IT WAS FREAKIN' AWESOME! The food was decent and the show was hilarious. (I actually got a headache from laughing so hard.) A large portion of the show was improv, and there was a little bit of audience interaction, and the actors were so great. I loved it. Loved, loved, loved, loved it. If you guys ever come down to Wildwood or the surrounding area, I'm recommending this place. It's fantastic!

I got my schedule today. (Well, technically yesterday. I've yet to get to sleep, so it feels like it's still yesterday.) I'm pretty disappointed. I've got science with a teacher who hates me, gym second period, math with a teacher that has a love/hate/i-don't-really-care-about-you relationship with me, lunch super-late... asdfjkl; I am so NOT ready for this school year to start.

I'm cold. It's cold here. I think I'll go now.
