# So, although it's slightly overdue, the header is up and in use. I threw it together this morning, planning on actually using a picture for a header at first. But the result wasn't what I wanted, so I ended up doing a simple text header instead. Better than none header at all. Right? Any thoughts on the new masterpiece?
# I've started re-watching Firefly because, let's face it, you can never get tired of watching that brilliant show. Sure, Angel and Buffy are pretty brilliant too but in my personal opinion Firefly is Joss Whedon's best work ever. This is my third time watching the show, that shouldn't been canceled in the first place, and I think I've seen the movie Serenity (prequel/sequel to the show) four or five times by now. So my new evening ritual is watching at least one Firefly episode before going to bed. That way I go to bed with a smile on my face, although I don't always stay awake during the episode.
# My MLP obsession has subsided these past two weeks. Right now I'm hellbent on collecting the entire original TV series on VHS/DVD, including the feature movie from 1986. The toys will have to wait until my vacation starts since I'll be bidding on eBay and considering the stupid time difference, I don't have the opportunity to stay up all night bidding on an item during the weekend. So during my vacation I'll have five weeks to bid on MLP items and expand my collection.
# Oh, and a little side note. One of my new favorite songs are Miley Cyrus' Hoedown Throwdown that makes me wanna dance everytime I hear it. In my opinion it's a true feel-good song that cheers you up pretty damn quickly. If you don't feel like dancing when listening to it, you'll still feel joyful considering the wonderful beat of the song.
