UPDATE OF DOOM!!!
Ok so I just had the most amazing two days I have ever had, so I am going to update about them.
Friday- I went and picked up Michelle so that we could start our long drive down to Il. Michelles license is expired so she didn't want to risk driving so I drove down there. We hit bad traffic and it took up almost 45 mins longer than it should have to get there. The first thing we did when we got down there was go to my Aunts to figure out what was going on the next morning. After chatting for a while me and michelle took off to go and check into the hotel. After checking in we went in search of food. We had sucess. So than we got back to the hotel and went for a swim in the enourmous pool that they had. It was so much fun. Usually I get really self concious when people see me in a swimsuit but I didn't really care. We just relaxed in the room for the rest of the night and went to bed around midnight. Well I didn't sleep well because I was really excited about Warped Tour.
Saturday- Me and michelle got up around six thirty way before we were supposed to but we were just to excited. Well michelle was taking a shower I had to go to the bathroom really bad so I got up and knocked on the door to see if I could just go while she was in there so she turned off the shower to hear what I wanted. Well she was just like yeah come in and pee. So did but she wasn't turning the shower back on and I was like michelle I am not peeing without the shower being on... well.... she managed to somehow pull the knob and metal thing off the wall and it just kind fell apart. So I called down to the front desk and was like um... our shower jsut kinda fell apart. So while we were gone they were gonna send a maitance guy up there. So I went and took a shower in a different room. After that we went and ate some breakfast which was really good for a hotel breakfast. So around ten we went and picked up my cousin and her friend sam. We got to warped tour around ten thirty. We had to stand in line to get in and I really didn't want to go that early but oh well. SO we get in finally and split up right away. I am glad that we went early because we went and looked at the big board and All American Rejects were playing at twelve fifteen. So we went over to the stage right away. There was a local band playing for a while. Than that cleared otu and we got right up to the front of the stage for the show. So we were standing there and than the band came out and I got the biggest surprise of my life. I have never really been to a hardcore concert before so I didn't know what to expect but for the people out there who also haven't I will explain it to you. Before the band comes out you have a litte bit of space which was good cause it was really friken hot. Well the band gets out and they start to play and all the sudden you get PUSHED and hard and you get pushed back and fourth and pulled and hit and smacked and abused. So me and michelle were stuck in probably the worst part of it cause we were right up on the front. Well than the crowd surfers started going up and things started to get thown around. SOmeone had the bright idea of handing out condoms to everyone before the concert so those ewere getting blown up and thrown around and bottles were going everywhere. IT was crazy! So me and michelle got out close up pictures of the very hot singer of the band and got the fuck out of there cause we coudlnt' breaht. We got out and michelel just fell to the ground and I just stood there tyring to breath. So we watched the rest of the showe which was amazing. So after the show we got someting to drink and met up with my cousin. And to make the rest of the day short because I am sick of typing it wound up with me seeing my chemcial romance and the offspring and also the BEST PART OF ALL!!!! I got my picture taken with the lead singer of ALL AMERICAN REJECTS!!! I still can't believe it. I am so happy. So than after the concerts we went back to the hotel and just crashed.
Sun- WENT HOME!! I was so happy to get home!
I had an amazing weekend. I would have taken Jason but he woudln't have enjoyed it. I was dripping with sweat the entire time. I had so much fun. I am never going to forget it.
