Thunder, lightning, and snow...
Wow...it is so magical to just look out the window. The weather is so crazy right now...it's snowing plus I saw some lightning and heard a little thunder. It's like the heavens have gone wild and mixed up the seasons...I do find it pretty cool though. I wonder if we'll actually have our band concert...looks like East Lansing might not have school and our concert was supposed to be at the high school. Oh, well. We'll find out soon enough. I've been trying to actually study tonight, unfortunately I still can't focus on studying for this women's history test that I have Friday morning. I wanted to go have a snowball fight tonight at like 1:15am, but I couldn't get anyone else interested. *sigh* Sadness...oh, well. I have to meet with the Ombudsman in the morning too...could prove to be one of the most difficult things I've done in a while. Well, let's see...I should update further...I had a good Valentine's Day. I didn't let the fact that I'm single bother me. I had a wonderful time hanging out with friends, and later going swing dancing. I also was surprised by a rose from Emily! Most definitely made my day! :) Also, I'm 95% positive I'm going to Florida for spring break with the Wesley group. I'm so excited...I just need to work out a few more things with my parents...I already talked to Rick via e-mail, so at least that part's taken care of. Hmm...oh, I think I know what I'm doing for the summer too. Originally I thought I was going to stay home and do the summer musical, maybe work for MPS again and work at Blue Lake for the international rehearsals. But now I think I'm going to apply to work at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp for the entire summer as a counselor. It would be so awesome if John was able to do it too. Ben's already going to be the assistant waterfront director...I'd be able to spend the entire summer with two of my closest guy friends! How awesome would that be?! It would be pretty cool and maybe I could work part of the international rehearsals as well. Life might be pretty amazing this summer...we'll see if it all works out. Well, I suppose it's almost time to head to bed...it's definitely late enough. Good Night.
