Ice cream and butterfingers
is a delicious combination. I know, because I just had it.
Today was a great day. I went to Coolidge with Jason so that we could go to First Christian Church for his grandfather's birthday. It was nice to go, I hadn't been in a long time. Afterward there was a potluck which was awesome, because I haven't had home made food in a long time. I know that shouldn't be the case considering that I have everything I need to make a home cooked meal, well that is except the energy. We hung around for a little while after that then we came back up. I came home where I checked my messages to see one that I'd been hoping for and as I was replying the sender called. We talked on the phone for over three hours again. It's become such that I look forward to our phone conversations and hope everyday that I have another message in my inbox.
I've been doing a lot better with things lately. My stress level has dropped, I smile more, and I sleep better. I've also found that I want to read a lot more. I've thought about picking up a copy of the first Harry Potter book along with a couple others. It's hard talking to people about a book when you have yet to read it.
School is awesome. I have six phenomenal classes. I'm taking Salsa Two this semester. Right now we are learning a type of dance called "rueda" I think. It is a ton of fun.
