Writing and Other Nonsense

Writing-

I just finished writing a fanfic for a challenge over at fidloveaffair and I seriously think it was the hardest thing I have ever written. For two weeks I have been hammering out paragraphs, not sure if I like the ending but I am just going to let that go.

I am still writing other fanfics, one I am working on comes in writing brusts and I have what I guess would be about four chapters but until I get farther along in I won't be posting it until I am nearing the end.  And then I have my little entangled series with main charcaters being Andy Flynn and Sharon Raydor, and really its just a series of little ficlets that just seem to fall into my lap when I start writing them; when I have time to write them.

Then there is the orginal fic I have been working on for over two years and the reason I got blocked and couldn't write because I refused to work on anything else.  I put it on a back burner for now, because really deciding to write a young adult novel was kind of ambitious for me, but one day I feel like I will complete it.

Television

Looking forward to the new seasons the Closer and Doctor Who. And am not sure how I feel about all the up and coming remakes on TV- Yeah I watch the new Hawaii-5O but not sure how I feel about Charlie's Angels being made into a new series.

I watched Mr Sunshine, because I love Allison Janey and Matthew Perry so I thought I would love this show, just not so much.  I think I will be giving it one more try to see if maybe hopefully it has to get better than that pilot.

Current Comedies to go with all the drama I watch is The Big Bang Theory and Mondern Family. Both funny in their own unique ways.

I am still making my way through BSG, I think I am in season 2 now, and I still can't get over that I didn't watch this when it was on air, it's just that good.

Movies

Salt was pretty awesome and I am thinking about seeing the new Adam Sandler movie Just Go With It, yet nothing compares to watching AMC or TMC and seeing a classic come on screen staring Cary Grant, Bette Davis, Irene Dunne, Katherine Hepburn or so many others.
