So... You know how when your in High School, You're supposed to know exactly what you want to do with the rest of your life, so you can make the right decision on the right college, and get yourself on the fast track to your potential career?

Well, I never did that. I guess I just didn't spend enough time talking to my guidance counselor. I could blame my mom for not preparing me correctly, but that would make little sense. I just honestly never thought about it. When all of my peers started filling out college applications, and applying for scholarships, I was only worried about passing my current classes, and actually finishing High School.

Ok, so I'll take a year to work after HS, take some time to decide what exactly it is I want to do for the rest of my life (besides sitting around, doing nothing and still making money)

And then I moved to North Carolina...

Moving kinda screwed me up, but at the same time it was pretty much my fault that I haven't gotten into college so far. I moved out of the house and got an apartment, making it nearly impossible for me to pay for college. I got a bf, and moved in with him so I'm still not saving any money (given, I did take some classes at the community college).

NOW... I've come to the realization that I'm a cashier at a marketplace making 10 something an hour while my friends are in their senior year of college. What a bummer... for me. So after noticing that my life is essentially at a standstill (unless I wanted to be a cashier being taken advantage of for the rest of my life), I started thinking about what it is I really truly want to do with my life (about 3 1/2 years too late) I've come to a pretty secure decision that accounting and working in finance is a pretty good decision for me. I've always looked past that decision because to me that doesn't seem like a very great amazing job. But now I realize that I'm damn good at that kinda stuff, and I like doing it. More than any other job choice I can think of. well, besides being an astronaut, which I think would be awe-some! Ok, for realsies. I think seriously seriously I'm going to

1. Apply for college
2. Transfer my credits (hopefully)
3. Apply for scholarships and loans
4. QUIT MY MOTHERFUCKING JOB!!!!
5. Rejoice.
