(no subject)
A few things, I guess :
Alvis' mom died yesterday. It's sort of ironic, really, that he's been more or less literally by her side for years of her battle but when she passes away, he was off running an errand. Anyways, that has naturally gotten me to thinking about my own mother. Also, a friend was discussing her young sister's downhill struggle with brain cancer as well. This has been a rather morbid time, and not in the deliciously frightful Halloween sense either.
Also, my sister's little kitty cat ran away. Anyone see a fluffy little grey kitty who likes to spray things, you let me know, okay? Come home, World of Warcraft! D: <3
As well, I have been struggling with secrets lately, one in particular, really. I rather hate damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't situations, so I'm really just hoping the whole thing will work itself out.
... Heh.
Lastly, I am surrounded, literally on all possible sides, by inconsiderate, noisy neighbors. The frat boiz next door are having their weekly two-day party; they've been hosting it for the last month or so every Friday and Saturday. I've called the cops repeatedly, talked to management at the apartments. But simply nothing has been done; the parties go on. I am this close to stepping outside and macing all the partygoers.
