Oh man, I need to go home and bake some cookies. Something about a company potluck and I need to bring stuff and stuff, but really, I just want to make some cookies. Warm, delicious cookies that are all soft in the middle and in your mouth! Man oh man, I go for some of that right now. Annnnd, yeah.
I've finished half of my holiday shopping. And I've only spent $800 on myself this month, aren't you proud? I'm sure Jesus would be pleased at the ironic twist of fate. ... I originally typed up the chain of events that lead to me spending way more on myself than other people this capitalistic time of giving, but I thought it sounded too long winded and silly. I'm sure you can fill in the colorful details. Also some of that involved my cat, which I can kinda siddle up to being a half-altruistic expense. I mean, you know, $300 for the furbag. And we're lovin' every minute.
Actually, er, speaking of the apartment, I want to go rearrange some furniture. I owe Andrew big for moving in (and it cost me $150~! wtf, man. D:), but I really need to give props to Jamie. I need to buy him dinner or something.
"Something" being the operative word ...
They were playing "Don't Stop 'Till You get Enough" over the radio at work? Awesome! - I think. I'm 'bout burnt out on Bing Crosby and Christmas jingles so yeah.
Also I'm trying to figure out what this obsession with knitted scarves is when the low temperature drops to a shockingly low(!) 60 here in Tucson. Isn't this what people in Massechuesets concern themselves with?
Another obsession of mine:
