tried writing for "physical responses" :) i didn't quite know how to end it. :(
The corridors echo with dripping water. The sewage must be leaking, Joongki thinks. And that's what he gets for staking out underground. But this place has a large pro and a huge con.
Pro: Joongki can hear every little step, every little bell jingle; he's definitely ready to take on the "seeking" team.
Con: everything echos; one mistake and he's out.
His lungs are about to burst because he's been holding his breath so that his presence will be masked somewhat. But then, there's a resounding thud behind him. Joongki whips around, glaring.
"Oops" says Gwangsoo.
He smiles sheepishly, teeth, gums, and all. Joongki just wants to tug at Gwangsoo's goatee.
"I told you. You shouldn't even breath down here! Everything echos!" Joongki hisses.
And as if proving Joongki's point, Joongki's voice distorts and rages down the long tunnel ahead and behind them. They make an odd picture. Gwangsoo hunches over in the quite cramped tunnel below the theatre. And Joongki's back seems too upright, tense - a picture of alert prowess.

Now only if they were allowed to be down here, Gwangsoo thinks.
Sometimes, Joongki's flaming initiative takes them one step too far. Gwangsoo is pretty sure that they've lost their last VJ about ten minutes ago.
"Um Joongki?" Gwangsoo asks in a failure of a whisper. "What's the point if there are no cameras around?"
"Idiot!" Joongki replies. "The seekers might bring their VJs and their cameras with them!"
"Oh" is all Gwangsoo manages to say because in the next second, there's a faint jingle and Joongki backs up way too fast.
Joongki's butt bumps into Gwangsoo's crotch. And all Gwangsoo can do is blush, burning down his neck, and bite his lower lip, praying to the God Almighty that his stiffie will not poke Joongki in the - - -
"What is your prob...lem..." Joongki says as he turns. But mid-sentence, Joongki sees Gwangsoo's thin sweat pants. The both stare at the tent that starts to get more pronounced as Joongki begins to blush too. Gwangsoo can barely make it out in the low lighting, but the faint tinge is there. Gwangsoo almost feels proud.
Joongki clears his throat and it echos. Gwangsoo's hearing is pretty messed up by the blood rushing in his ears but he can feel that there is something urgent in this situation. He presses both hands on either side of Joongki's head, covering his ears.
"Juh-!" says Joongki, about to say something.
But Gwangsoo doesn't let him. It's now or never. He's going to kiss him. He is. He will.
There's a look on Joongki's face that stops Gwangsoo's lips five centimeters away from their destination. All Gwangsoo registers is that Joongki's cheeks feel like firm, toasty marshmallows. But Joongki, impatient through all this, puts his arms between Gwangsoo's and rips him away.
"Watch out" Joongki shouts, but it's too late. Gwangsoo only hears the ripping of velcro and the disembodied voice that declares: "Lee Gwangsoo. Out!"
Gwangsoo turns slowly, too shocked to really go through the motions. There, standing behind him and blinking steadily with huge inquisitive eyes, is Jihyo nuna.
"What were you two doing?" she asks.
Before Gwangsoo or Joongki can answer, Jihyo's VJ comes panting down the tunnel.
"Nuna, I only got a far shot. Here, hold up the name tag please."
Jihyo does. She dangles Gwangsoo's name tag quite proudly between two index fingers.
"By the way" says Jihyo's VJ, "we're not allowed down here."
Joongki scoffs.
"Well that didn't help us win the game now did it?"
And when Jihyo pounces on Joongki's name tag, the VJ says, "Truce until we get to the gaming grounds."
Gwangsoo feels cheated again. But as the three are walking back upstairs, Gwangsoo feels a hard squeeze to his ass. It produces a kind of strangled kitten sound from him and Jihyo looks round and shakes her head.
"You should do something about always getting out in the beginning of the game."
Gwangsoo's too speechless to answer. And right before Gwangsoo separates to go to the jail-zone, Joongki turns to wink at him.
The blush doesn't fully dissipate for the whole night. And the others that eventually collect in the jail-zone tease and ask about the happenings in the tunnels ("Did something happen down there with Jihyo?" Gary asks him, nervously). For once, Gwangsoo can't lie but he can't say the truth either. So he keeps his mouth shut and replays the wink over and over in his head.

I feel like it would have gone on forever if I didn't stop it where I did, so that's why it's so abrupt. :/
